deobet strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any Account found to belong to a player under 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned in accordance with applicable law.
Each Player may register only one Account on the deobet Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine address, and valid contact details. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
deobet is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.
deobet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Player has violated these Terms, provided false registration information, or engaged in any activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account.
deobet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify deobet's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
deobet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
deobet accepts deposits via the following payment methods, which are the only methods available on the Platform:
All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. deobet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
All funds deposited into your deobet Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. deobet reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.
Note: deobet does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind, nor credit card deposits for gambling purposes, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit funds into your Account. deobet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) met any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) complied with all applicable anti-money laundering checks.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. deobet reserves the right to deduct applicable processing fees from withdrawal amounts where stated in the relevant payment method terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, deobet's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
deobet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if deobet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
deobet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
deobet operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and all applicable Philippine gaming laws. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction of residence.
deobet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the email address registered to their Account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform. The amended Terms will take effect 7 days after notification, or immediately where required by law or regulation.
